Writer and trainer Lucas Naves began his journey in Hypnotherapy in his teens, after treating his stuttering with self-hypnosis. Interested in the subject, he deepened his knowledge and mastered the techniques of Hypnosis, NLP and Neuroscience. He studied with NLP founders John Grinder and Richard Bandler and became a Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
